Shirley J Professional Dough Conditioner (16 oz.)

I have relied on SJ’s Dough Conditioner to make incredibly delicious whole wheat bread for a couple decades now. It is my not so secret ingredient, and I have taught classes on bread making using it, have gifted it, and store a boatload of the stuff. A few years ago they stopped making it for a while, and I paid hundreds to have them run an entire batch for me, because I couldn’t be without it! It lasts really well too, I keep my stash (I’ll have enough to last till I die!) in my walk in cooler, and it works as well now as it did years ago when they ran that batch for me.
