When using chocolate, temper your chocolate for the best result. Fill the mould with the melted chocolate or Melt and Pour. The moulds can withstand temperatures from -20°C to 80°C. Not suitable for the oven or microwave. Let the chocolates harden for 15 minutes in the freezer. Tap the mould upside down on the table to release the chocolates.
