Polaris spring compression rated in pounds at (2 1/2″ and 1 1/4″). SLP’s line of drive springs allows you to choose a spring that not only gives you the engagement that you desire, but also delivers proper peak RPM. For higher engagement, increase the initial compression rate. For lower engagement, decrease it. For higher peak RPM, increase the finish compression rate. For lower peak RPM, decrease it. Manufactured using only the Highest Quality Chrome-Silicone wire that has been shot peened. Shot Peening makes a very durable spring that is resistant to sag and breakage.
