Bought these seeds since the white cauliflower seeds were sold out and am happy I did. I am a newbie gardener and have to learn every vegetable for the first time, and these have been forgiving plants. While I don’t have a cauliflower head yet I’ve grown large leaves that my family uses in salads, smoothies, and we once used them in place of tortillas for tacos.
