The Carosello Leccese cucumber has an amazing flavor – light and juicy so they are perfect for a summer salad. I germinated these using the paper towel method and transplanted them to a pot on the patio. The plant vines extensively, so it’s probably not ideal for a small space. I grew them in 10 gallon grow bags and they produced a lot of fruit but it was hard to the manage the vines – a trellis is a must for this variety.
